When entering into a meditating state, all the things from the minds are cleaning out and providing a fresh feelings.

CONDITIONS   

   Choose a place for meditation,which is clean and tidy.use this place daily for meditating because of an energy creating this place during daily meditation.

STEP:1     Sit in a simple and relaxed position as your wish.Take a long deep breeth for some times and imagine that your mind is filling with peace.There are lots of thoughts comes in to yous mind neglect it,do not participate into it.



STEP: 2     This step you can choose as your wish,because there are lots of methods for it.Some are concentrating on objects,using mantras,breathing...etc. Otherwise spell words like 'i am in peace'.or use a candle flame for concentrating.



STEP:3     Reach your breathing in a slow,steady and a uniform path simultaneously concentrate on your mind.It may be difficult at beginning after it will be merge itself.



STEP:4     Continue this steps and after slowly wake up.Daily meditation can help you to reach your goal.Practice atleast 20 minutes a day.enjoy it.
